No. We do 1 of these calls per day per AE, and if you're not a fit we end at minute 5 and send you the plan anyway. The math doesn't work for us if we waste your time.
No. The call is free. No deposit, no signed paperwork, no minimum term to even talk to us. The first commitment is when you choose a Guru after seeing the shortlist, and that's a 7-day free trial before billing starts.
Real candidates. Names, sample work, English fluency notes, expected start date. If you're not ready for that step we'll skip it, but the option is on the table from minute one.
