1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the GURU.PRO website (getguru.pro) and its subdomains, including hr.getguru.pro and learn.getguru.pro (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform.

2. Services

GURU.PRO provides staffing and remote workforce solutions, including but not limited to:

• Recruitment and candidate screening
• Employment contract generation and electronic signing
• Employee onboarding and personnel management
• Training and learning management
• Consultation and workforce planning

3. User Accounts

Certain features of the Platform require an account. When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Promptly update your information if it changes
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are inactive for an extended period.

4. Electronic Signatures

Our Platform enables electronic signing of contracts and agreements. By using our electronic signature feature, you agree that:

• Your electronic signature is legally binding and equivalent to a handwritten signature
• You consent to conducting business electronically
• Documents signed electronically through our Platform comply with the U.S. ESIGN Act and the Pakistan Electronic Transactions Ordinance 2002
• You are the authorized signatory or have authority to sign on behalf of the named party

5. Job Applications

By submitting a job application through our Platform, you represent that:

• All information provided is truthful and accurate
• You have the legal right to work in your stated jurisdiction
• Any documents submitted (resume, CNIC, certifications) are authentic
• You consent to background verification as part of the hiring process

Submitting an application does not guarantee employment. We reserve the right to reject any application at our sole discretion.

6. Employee Obligations

If you are an employee of GURU.PRO or one of its clients, you agree to:

• Complete onboarding requirements within the specified timeframe
• Maintain confidentiality of client and company information
• Use Platform resources only for authorized business purposes
• Comply with all applicable employment laws and company policies
• Complete assigned training and learning modules

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Platform — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and design — are the exclusive property of GURU.PRO and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Platform without permission
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GURU.PRO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GURU.PRO, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Utah.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
